About Me:
Faith C. Pullen joined the Allegany Franciscan Ministries team as the Vice-President of Operations in June 2022. Faith is a servant leader with a passion for bringing resources, opportunities, and funding to marginalized communities. She is highly skilled in developing and executing strategic change through fiscal acumen, partnership development, and advocacy.
Prior to joining Allegany Franciscan Ministries, Faith served as the Executive Director of the Florida Association for Community Action (FACA), Inc. Under her leadership the Association provided training, technical assistance, and advocacy efforts to equip the state’s 26 Community Action Agencies with capacity building and program implementation strategies to support the distribution of over $130 million in anti-poverty community, energy, and weatherization block grants. In addition to planning and hosting annual statewide training conferences, Faith has served as a presenter for national management and leadership conferences. She is an experienced grants manager, program director, professional staff developer and former educator. She has held senior leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies.
Faith received her BA from the University of South Florida and her MBA from the University of Tampa. She is a graduate of the 2021 Tampa Organization of Black Affairs Leadership Institute and holds multiple certifications: Certified Community Action Professional (National Community Action Partnership), Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate (University of South Florida), Nonprofit Financial Management (Nonprofit Leadership Center).
Faith is a current member of the Moffitt Cancer Institute George Edgecomb Society (GES) Steering Committee and serves on various committees for other community-based organizations. She is past Board Chair for the Florida Association for Community Action, Inc., and past Board Secretary for the South Eastern Association of Community Action Agencies.
She enjoys the beach, traveling, spending time with her family, and studying to deepen her faith.
