Nonprofit Capacity & Leadership Grant

Program Description

The Nonprofit Capacity and Leadership grant is designed to support regional community based organizations in our six-county region. These organizations are committed to ensuring that nonprofits and their leaders have the resources, education/training and opportunities to stay informed about the latest trends in the sector and feel equipped to lead and support their communities.

The community-based organizations are dedicated to providing the following services:

  • Networking Opportunities
  • Professional Development Training
  • Capacity Building Training
  • Coaching
  • Advocacy Support

Nonprofit Capacity & Leadership Funded Partners

Nonprofit Leadership Center of Tampa Bay – professional development classes, certificate programs and customized learning experiences for nonprofit leaders.

Nonprofit Chamber of Palm Beach County – forum for health and human services nonprofit leaders to learn from trusted colleagues and advocate for those they serve.

Nonprofits First – offers accreditation, education and professional development, membership, leadership training and growth, and management support services for nonprofits in Palm Beach County.

St. Petersburg College Collaborative Labs – expert meeting facilitation, customized agenda formation, tech-enabled collaboration, and meeting documentation for strategic collaboration.

Maven Leadership – an ideas lab supporting talented queer and trans social impact leaders of color and allies by providing coaching, wellness opportunities, and learning labs to build ecosystems of support for more just communities.

Philanthropy Miami – curates elevating experiences for education and networking that supports professionals, volunteers, and organizations working toward a greater Miami.

Florida Nonprofit Alliance – serves as the state’s collective voice, respected advocate, effective connector, and powerful mobilizer for the nonprofit sector.

Nonprofit Executive Alliance – a social impact coalition of CEOs that advance leadership, strengthen local communities, and provide a unified voice for the sector in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe counties.
