About Me:
Erin has 24 years of grantmaking experience. As Director of Grants, Erin provides leadership in grantmaking, communications, and staff supervision. She oversees grant program development and administration of grant processes. Erin leads Allegany’s Mission Inspired Grants which include ACOR, Tau, and St. Clare grant programs. She also creates and manages ad hoc grant programs. Erin works proactively with volunteers, grant seekers, grant partners, and staff to deliver programs and make funding decisions. She develops relationships with key nonprofits and community partners. Erin supports communications through managing the website, publishing newsletters and contributing to social media content.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in Foreign Service with a minor in Environmental Studies and a master’s degree in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University. Addiitonally, Erin has completed the following certificate programs: Nonprofit Management (University of Tampa), Nonprofit Technology Professional (NTEN), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace (University of South Florida), and Franciscan Studies (St. Francis University).
Erin enjoys hiking, listening to podcasts, and watching soccer.
