CT Harris

CT Harris joined Allegany Franciscan Ministries as its first Director of Communications, Connections, & Outreach in mid-2024, and manages Allegany’s communications, marketing, and branding strategies. In addition, she is responsible for event management and community outreach functions including listening, convening, and training.

CT is a results-driven leader with a deep commitment to empowering vulnerable communities and supporting small businesses. She is recognized for her exceptional ability to foster meaningful dialogue and bring people together around critical issues.

In her previous role as Legislative Aide for Tampa City Council, District 5, CT achieved significant milestones, laying the groundwork for her pioneering position as the City of Tampa’s first Small Business Navigator. With her remarkable talent for communication, she has inspired and motivated others to take action, driving positive change and building stronger, more inclusive communities. Her dedication has left a lasting impact, setting a high standard of excellence.

CT enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and mentoring youth in her spare time. She is a devout Alabama College Football fan and a Buccaneers fan who enjoys watching sports live.
