Allegany Franciscan Ministries is hiring! These two new positions are critically important to Allegany’s work, and we are eager to find experienced leaders to join our team!
The Director, Communications, Connections, & Outreach will develop & implement communications strategies and guide all community outreach functions including convening & training. They will oversee event management, amplify our connections with communities and stakeholders, and promote effective utilization of technology.

The Director, Climate Justice & Care for Creation is responsible for the recently launched Climate Justice & Care for Creation Initiative. They will cultivate relationships, identify and create opportunities, develop strategies, and make investments that address the disproportionate impact of climate change on communities of color and other marginalized communities.
