Allegany Franciscan Ministries aims to offer leadership support programs designed for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) nonprofit leaders and emerging leaders to provide training, coaching, and resources to help develop their skills, and expertise and promote overall health and well-being. These programs may include components such as peer support and networking opportunities, executive coaching, and mental health support. By prioritizing wellness, we believe it will help nonprofit leaders and emerging leaders maintain their physical and emotional health, leading to more effective leadership and sustainable organizational success.
