BRITTNEY FRAZIER, Grants Officer & Strategic Initiative Manager

Brittney joined Allegany Franciscan Ministries in 2017 serving as a Public Health Fellow with Trinity Health. Since then, she has transitioned into the Grants Officer & Strategic Initiative Manager role. She manages the Tau Grant program, supports alumni engagement for the Fellowship for the Common Good leadership program, and helps lead social media communications.

Brittney is an alum of the Association of Black Foundation Executives Connecting Leaders Fellowship program. The Connecting Leaders Fellowship program is designed to sharpen the skills and strengthen the leadership capacity of foundation staff who are committed to assisting Black communities through philanthropy.

Brittney has an undergraduate degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Central Florida. Brittney has completed graduate certificates in Public Health and Clinical Aging Sciences from the University of South Florida.

She enjoys traveling domestically and internationally. Her favorite cuisines include Mexican, Cajun, and Caribbean. She is a Big Sister with Big Brothers, Big Sisters in Tampa Bay. Brittney has an appreciation for connecting with people of all ages. When she is not hanging out with her mentee, she volunteers as a Community Educator with the Alzheimer’s Association.
