Allegany Franciscan Ministries recently completed a cross-program analysis of grant partner reports spanning six programs in FY25 (July 2024 – June 2025). The goal was to surface key themes, trends, and insights to inform our staff and board. We reviewed reports for completeness and quality, highlighted exciting developments and challenges, and explored ways to champion our partners’ work beyond funding.
