Lincoln Park Overview

The Common Good Initiative was launched in 2014 by Allegany Franciscan Ministries, and is designed to mobilize communities towards better health and wellness through community engagement, a long-term commitment of resources, and increased collaboration of residents and stakeholders. Through the Initiative, and with leadership from the Lincoln Park Council for the Common Good, Allegany is working with community residents and stakeholders to create opportunities, develop strategies and make investments that lead to positive health outcomes for people in Lincoln Park.

Lincoln Park Capacity Building Project is now accepting applications for Cohort 2. This is a year-long project funded by Allegany Franicscan Ministries and the Lincoln Park Common Good Initiative focused on organizational capacity and network building for five Lincoln Park community-based-organizations. The Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida is the facilitator of the project. Deadline to apply is August 20, 2018 by 5 pm.
