BRITTNEY FRAZIER, Public Health Fellow

Brittney is a Public Health Fellow with Trinity Health based at Allegany Franciscan Ministries. Brittney is responsible for supporting and promoting the overall mission, goals, and organizational culture of Allegany Franciscan Ministries. Brittney will gain experience in many areas including community organizing, community outreach and grant making. Additionally, she will gain an understanding of foundation and philanthropic work and nonprofit management.

Brittney has an undergraduate degree (in Health Science) from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, a Public Health Generalist graduate certificate from the University of South Florida and is completing her Masters in Health Administration from the University of Central Florida.

As an emerging leader, Brittney has served with AmeriCorps for three years as a City Year Miami Corps member, AmeriCorps VISTA, and Public Allies of Central Florida Apprentice. Brittney has a passion for serving poverty stricken communities with a personal mission to improve the health literacy among underserved populations particularly minorities. Most recently she was the Community Engagement Coordinator at the Florida Department of Health in Seminole County.

Brittney considers herself to be a “Wanderluster” and enjoys spending time with family & friends.
