Seeking Consultant to Design and Implement Fellowship for the Common Good

As part of the Common Good Initiative, Allegany Franciscan Ministries is seeking a qualified consultant or organization to plan, design, execute and deliver a new, 12-month, leadership development fellowship program for community–based leaders who are residents or stakeholders in one of three identified Florida communities. Allegany desires to partner with the consultant(s) in the development of the fellowship program in order to build community capacity and sustainability in these communities. We’ve created a multi-faceted plan to build overall capacity; one of the facets is the Fellowship program, bringing together each year a handful of individuals from each community (so, a cohort for the year of 9-15 total). I’m happy to share the whole plan with you if you’re interested.

The RFP is attached, describing the current plans for the Fellowship and the parameters of proposals to be submitted. Allegany and its local community groups have established a general outline for the Fellowship, and expect the proposal to add detail and creativity.

Consultants, non-profit and for-profit organizations, university programs and others are eligible to submit a proposal, by the April 28, 2017 deadline. Please help us to identify the best solution for the communities by broadly sharing this RFP.
